Day 19

Breakfast
Whole Grain Breakfast Sandwich

1 English Muffin, toasted
1 Egg, pan fried
1 Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 Slice Bacon, oven fried
Mustard


Assemble ingredients into a sandwich.  Serve.

Lunch
Lakeside Burger and Fries - vacation

Dinner
Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Whole Grain Mac n' Cheese
Green Bean + Tomato + Feta Salad
